What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve your phone before it’s available in stock. Once you reserve, your phone is secured in the next shipment cycle. We’ll notify you when it’s time to make your 50% deposit, after which delivery takes approximately 4–5 days
How does the payment work?
You’ll pay 50% upfront to confirm your order and 50% upon delivery or pickup
If you’re reserving a phone, we’ll contact you when it’s time to make your deposit; this ensures your order is prioritized for the next shipment.
How long does it take for a pre-ordered phone to arrive?
Pre-ordered phones may take up to 30 days or more to arrive, depending on the shipment schedule.
Shipments are made once a month, and we’ll keep you updated at each stage — from reservation to delivery.
Are your phones new or used?
We sell both brand new and refurbished phones—all thoroughly tested, verified, and certified for performance and reliability.
What’s included?
Each phone comes unboxed with a charging cable only.
Do refurbished phones work like new?
Yes. Every refurbished phone is tested for battery health, camera, Face ID, and overall performance to ensure it functions like new.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 7-day replacement warranty for any functionality issues (excluding physical damage).
Are colors guaranteed?
Colors are subject to availability at the time of shipment. If your preferred color is unavailable, our team will reach out to confirm your next best option.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Kenya, including Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, and more. Delivery options include courier and in-person pickup.
How long is delivery?
Delivery times vary depending on supplier stock and pre-order volume.
For pre-orders, delivery typically takes 4–5 days after your deposit is made.
