Overview

Welcome to Kenya Electronics Distribution, Kenya’s trusted source for new and refurbished phones. By accessing or placing a pre-order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions

Pre-Order Policy

Our business operates on a pre-sale model, allowing customers to reserve phones before they arrive in stock.

To confirm your reservation, you will be required to pay 50% of the total cost upfront

The remaining 50% is paid upon delivery or pickup of your order.

All payments are securely processed through M-PESA.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Once you pay the 50% deposit, your order is officially confirmed.

If you do not complete the balance payment within 7 days after notification of arrival, your pre-order may be canceled and the deposit refunded subject to supplier conditions.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of paying the deposit for a full refund.

After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to review. Refunds may be partial depending on supplier terms.

If a product becomes unavailable or delayed beyond 30 days, you will be notified and offered a refund or store credit.


Delivery & Pickup

Delivery timelines vary by model and supplier.

We’ll notify you once your order is ready for delivery or pickup.

Delivery is available nationwide, including Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, and Eldoret.

The remaining 50% balance is due before the device is handed over to the buyer.

Warranty

All devices sold by Kenya Electronics Distribution are either new or refurbished, tested, and verified for quality and performance.

Devices come unboxed and include a charging cable only—no original retail packaging or additional accessories.

Each phone undergoes a quality assurance process to confirm:

  • Battery health of 85% or higher

  • Fully functional Face ID, camera, speakers, and charging ports

  • Verified IMEI and unlocked status

A 7-day replacement warranty is offered for manufacturing or functionality defects (not for physical damage or water exposure).

Warranty does not cover:

  • Screen cracks, accidental damage, or misuse

  • Battery degradation due to normal use

  • Software issues arising from unauthorized repairs or update
